    ... box is oil painted in a beautiful scene. You do have to look quite deeply to find the beauty, but it is there, hidden among the flashing signs and car fumes.

    ... lots of different dishes and all just take what we want from them on a rotating table on the table. Pierre ordered Silk Worms last night. They looked disgusting and were crunchy and wormy. I didn't try them. Nor the whole mini fishes he ordered. Other than that it's all yummy, but not at all like a Chinese in England.

    Hi all,

    i know its been a while, but not been upto a huge amount. Most of the week is taken up with training and recovering then weekends are pretty much the same! But as you can see from my subject, the weekend just gone was a bit more exciting!!

    ... what my Shaolin master did, so you will have to watch the video, you can really tell his speed if you have the sound on as well. The Shaolin group then had to setup the mats for sparring in the afternoon but wouldn't have been complete without a session of 'silly sanda'! see photos!
