        ... box is oil painted in a beautiful scene. You do have to look quite deeply to find the beauty, but it is there, hidden among the flashing signs and car fumes.

        Hi all,

        i know its been a while, but not been upto a huge amount. Most of the week is taken up with training and recovering then weekends are pretty much the same! But as you can see from my subject, the weekend just gone was a bit more exciting!!

        I can't believe the first week is now over, finished my first week of training and it was hard work!!!

        In my last update i said that "my legs were going to hurt like crazy" if that were true i'd have been happy!! It is now saturday morning and moving is just about pain free !
