    You know how when you are leaving to go abroad, most people are overly excited! They stay up all night, they're happy through out their entire trip. Well, unfortunately I was not one of those perky people when it came time for me to leave. Now don't get me wrong!     Wanted to stop but, the only car park was full, the one street already had four motorbikes parked outside the only pub, and the McDonalds seat was taken, and the local hooker had already pulled the mayor!
    Obviously all thats a joke, but I did get through it quite quickly, and wanted to find somewhere to stay.

    Still raining today but looking to slack off in the afternoon, we spent the morning keeping dry until we could take it no longer. So we took our bikes and headed out for a short 32 km ride to check out a nature reserve that is situated on a peninsular that juts out into the lake.

    At the point of the peninsular we came to the town of Reichenau which is an agricultural town producing mainly fruit and vegetables. Very nice spot I must ...

    No rest for the wicked they say, so after a light breakfast we headed off on our bikes to circumnavigate the lower section of Lake Konstanz. Another hot day saw us completing a ride of 83kms in 6 and a half hours. The result......very numb bums.
