    Yes... we finally made it to the highlight of the trip for Eamon...... The Sound of Music tour :)We spent this afternoon touring round Salzburg in a mini-bus with 6 Americans and David our tour leader, visiting key buildings and film spots from the film, whilst in between times singing along with the sound track.....E loved it as you can imagine :) Seriously though...     ... foreign grocery stores. Sometimes you just get tired of sit-down meals and just want a quick sandwich for a picnic. You see the funniest things...for instance, in Tokyo they had Spam everywhere. Here in Germany they make everything paprika-flavored. In Augsburg, we picked up paprika-flavored cheese to go on our turkey sandwiches (and it was GREAT). I've seen paprika flavored chips, too.

    This morning Jacki was so excited about the royal wedding. What did her dress look like, what was the queen wearing, etc. And of course it was front page news in the Italian newspapers, so that made her happy too.We tried to wake up early and we half succeeded. We were out the door by 10am and that included breakfast at the hotel, which is pretty good for us. Still I'm not sure how we're going to get back into normal sleeping patterns when we get home. ...
