    We then caught the small ferry across the river and went to Hubuxiang street for more dry noodles with sesame paste, and spicy potatoes, before returning back to the hotel via the ferry to get a taxti (very difficult!) to get to the station for our 5pm train back to Nanjing.

We then went to Mao's Summer Palace, Maozedong Donglu Jiuju on the shores of East Lake which is now being revamped into a conference centre, but we saw one of Mao's cars in a glass case. As we walked out we realised we were in the middle of a secure military zone! We then made our way back to the hotel and then got a taxi to Giano's, an Italian Restaurant in Wenchang.
