Next, we learned how to make paper cuts. This process takes patience and time. To complete a small paper cut (greeting card size), it takes about 8 hours. Some of the larger poster-sized paper cuts take about 3 days ( 8 hours each day). We were able to cut and create the character for happiness, which is "xi."
