... the lone gas station to get a drink because I had run out long long ago. I started to get a little discouraged because I had no idea how much further down the road Zili village was, but I kept walking anyway and finally found the turn off.

From the highway, it's still a further walk to get to the front gate. I realized why no one comes to this place.

After our orphanage visit, Mr. Guan and his wife very kindly invited us to one of his favorite restaurants for lunch. It was a good drive from the SWI, and more on the outskirts of Jiangmen. ... Mr. Wu thanked us for taking such good care of Lili, and for visiting China with her. He also mentioned that all the children in this orphanage are "disabled" in some way. That is new information that I didn't know previously. We were also served fruit and offered water.
