Eventually we were given a drink - for me it was orange juice and then a snack box containing, bizarrely, a bread roll, a small sachet of some sort of pickled cabbage and a piece of chiffon cake.     ... definitely lived there for a while but apparantly he was inclined to stretch the truth at times.

    We caught a boat to one of the islands and joined a throng of people doing the same thing. The island was very pretty, lots of waterways with huge koi in them it was very busy and crowded. We had our picture taken in period attire to the great mirth of the locals who gathered around like the paparazzi to take a photo. All good fun.

Huan Chen was only going to the train station which is a mere 25 KIlometers, he was heading to his hometown of Wenzhou where they speak a "German" sounding dialect according to Lil Al.
