      ... made it to the muster point for all the people heading to the hotel. Baiyun is a HUGE airport, FYI. We had to wait about 20 minutes, then got on a shuttle and were on our way.       Woke up early on the Sunday for my mountain hike. In China, the name of every big hill seems to end in 'shan', which means mountain. When I ask my students what they are doing at the weekend, it's quite common for them to say 'I'm climbing a mountain'... Confused me at first!
