... We jumped from a pontoon. At first I was a little scared, but then I got used to it. We ate hotdogs for lunch. Then we all played cricket on the beach. We also had a big BBQ at night.
One day Lambos and I went with a friend Alecko to look for Mussels on a beach. We had to walk through rocks to find the mussels. It was fun. They cooked the Mussels for dinner that night.
I can't wait to go back to Thessaloniki to see our friends again.

The drive was only about 450 KM but it took forever on small roads with pot holes in Bulgaria. It was one of our most interesting in terms of travel and navigating, we learned you have to ask at least 4 Greeks for directions and then find a tourist to get the correct directions. Everything is in Greek and is impossible to understand, they don't believe in maps except for hand drawn ones and they talk incredibly fast....now I know where the saying"it's all Greek to me" comes from. I used it often!
