    Alright, so I slept for ten hours last night, and woke up this morning feeling totally refreshed. I got ready and went down for breakfast. The breakfast spread was really big! Much better than I have seen in any hostel before. That is pretty amazing considering that the rent for one night is around $15. A note on Ron, my room-mate, he slept just as much as I did. He is a nice person based on the few conversations I have had with him, but he needs to get out more! ...

    ... so good afterwards, definitely money well spent... With the change I decided to upgrade my planned final meal from the local cafe to a restaurant. The one I chose happened to have some traditional Thai dancing going on, which was a lovely ending to my visit.

    ... all around us again, when you arrive at any Thailand airport you cant just walk into the airport you have to line up outside and put all your belongings through security and they put stickers on them then you go and check in then you go through security, it is really wild!

    Quick update..

    Currently in Ayutthaya then heading to Lop Buri tomorrow to see monkeys :-) and eventually finishing in Chiang Rai before leaving Thailand for Laos.

    It was a shame to leave Diamond Muay Thai as it had become a home away from home, well other than the annoying Colombians with there happy personas and salsa music at 2am (only joking Ali!!). Poor jokes aside, the training was ...

    ... man with his much younger girlfriend, a group of young gay Chinese boys and a table of ladyboys heading on a night out on the town. Then there was us.
