    Paradise on earth

    from

my wife and i had the best two weeks ever, every single aspect of this resort is perfect, booking for next year already

    Fantastic hotel

    from

fantastic hotel, fantastic food, friendly I cannot reccommend this hotel more highly in fact we are due to return aug 2005, even our children aged 18 and 16 cannot wait to return, excellent value for money, everything you could possibly want is included in the price

    Fantastic Holiday!

    from

My partner and I stayed at the Xanadu in May 05, We didnt know what to expect. We arrived at night so we didnt see much of the hotel on arrival, however upon arrival we were greeted with a welcom champagne drink and our bags were taken immediately!

All the rooms have superb balcony either looking over the sea or the beautiful golf courses and lush countryside.

The rooms were amazing we had a fully stocked mini bar with 24hour room service perfect! There was such an array of food the buffet alone was huge all outside and table service (your glass was never empty for longer than a couple of minutes!

If you didnt fancy the buffet there are 6 a la carte restaurants, chinese, turkish, russian, mexican, italian and french all serving 4 course meals with beautiful romantic atmospehere and personal touch.

There was three main pools, one was a quiet pool, one for games and the other to swim. There are water slides, shopping arenas, cafes and a cinema. There is also a poolside restaurant called the Xanadu bar that serves freshly cooked food, drinks ice cream, salads and loads more. Then if you still don't fancy that there is a beautiful private sandy beach with a kebab bar serving the most amazing kebabs and salads! The beach is kept immaculate and the toilets and showers are really clean and the security team are excellent. To reach the beach you have to cross over a small bridge over a peaceful lagoon.

Also there was a beautiful old fashion ampitheatre showing live shows every night, live music out by the pool all table lit by candle light, there is also a nightclub open until 4am! but it is sound proof so you cannot hear it anywhere else in the hotel! If thats not enough there is also a 24 piano bar dimly lit with a really romantic atmosphere.

All in all it was one of if not the best holiday we have ever been on and we will definitely be going back!

    Best hotel in turkey

we stayed at xanadu in May this year by far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in so much to do or not the choice is yours, your not constantly harrassed to try to join in.The restaurants were fab 1st class service.None of the staff linger for a tip which makes a refreshing change.Do a couple of trips especially to the market.all in all one of the best holidays we've been on.

    Amazing place loved it

    from

We visit the hotel at the end of April beginning May, We were a party of 4, myself 30yrs, partner 26yrs and my mum and dad both 59/60yrs, all of us coming from a travel industry background (And I am not easy to please) However there was something for all of us. Everything ws PERFECT, the staff, the service, the food, the choice, the rooms, the pools, the list goes on. Really couldn't fault it in anyway YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. Amazing hotel with everything you could evey ask for, if you want luxury and pamapering then this is definatly the place for. The only place we have all visited and have all said we will return next year. Well done Xanadu!!! If you have any questions i'd be happy to give you an honest answer

Everything you would expect and more.

After a bad experience last year, decided to use review board for a one week stress buster. You will not be disappointed with this hotel.

Cannot add much to previous contributors comments, this must be one of the best hotels in Turkey and exceeded our expectations.

We will be returning in September and I am sure again next year as many of the guests we spoke to do. Well done Xanadu for a wonderful stay.

    Simply the best

    from

We have been three times and can't wait to get back again in May this year. The hotel is beautiful and maintained to very high standard. The rooms (especially the bungalow rooms in the grounds) are spacious, quiet, well equipped and spotless. The staff are charming and the service is second to none. The pools and beach are wonderful and each have their own bars. The sunbeds with canopies are brilliant, no fighting for shade, and the nightly entertainment is truly of a professional quality in the outdoor amphitheatre. Best hotel we've ever stayed in, can't fault them on anything. Hope it never changes.

    The best all inclusive resort

    from

Is the best all inclusive resorts I have ever seen. I stayed there two times, and i will return. It is the best service.

    Best food

Best massage ( it is FREE 30 min/day/pers) Tha's way I say that is the most complete all inclusive.

The room is cleaned 2 times/day.

    They never ask tips.

Everythig is 5*: golf, tennis, footbal, pool, meeting rooms, entertaiment.

It is the best beach in Antalia. The beach is the pearl of Antalia.

Excelent, and the price is not so big.

    Where your dreams come true

    from

My husband and I are travellling a lot for example to the Mayan Riviera (Mexico), Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Thailand, Spain, Canary Island, Goa (India) and so long but this is by far the best 5 star hotel we have been to.

This hotel is the best all inclusive hotel at the turkish riviera. The food, the beverages (top alcohol), the service and the ambiance are out of this world, even the massage and the use of the internet (20 minutes per person a day) is included in the price.

The hotel is built in a greece/turkish style very nice.

My husband and I have been there already the forth time and will go again in sepember 2005.

It's one of the most expensive hotels there but it's still a great value for the money if you see what you get for it.

    Well done Xanadu !!

    from

We loved this hotel. The high standards, attentive service and food were excellent! The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a good holiday. The entertainment team were marvellous, I was amazed at the high quality of their performances. Alot of the other guests were repeat holiday makers which is also a good sign. A very relaxing holiday.

    Antalya...Turkish Riviera?

After leaving Egirdir (where travellers are few and far between), we arrived in Antalya, a large modern city on the Mediterranean. We are staying in the old town, where there are once again cobbled streets and not much traffic...but it is definitely a tourist town and a bit too upmarket for us! However, today we walked to the museum and it ...

Today Carne and I jumped on a tour (with 2 other kiwis and 2 Aussies from the ANZAC tour). Our first stop was the ancient ruins of Perge. The ruins cover a huge area, and is in its 60th year of restoration, all off the sculptures uncovered to date are on display at the Antalya museum.

We spent a pleasant hour exploring the excavations and ...

... the scene, glass, coins, stone work, painting and calligraphy, Christian influence and then ottoman influence. It was so weird to see one city and surrounds traced back continuously in one time. And at the same time realise how insignificant my life will be looking back 100, 1000 or 10,000 years. After that we then went into a few rooms with marble statues. They looked so so so life like, carved out of marble which they ...

    Bus to Antalya

We headed from goreme to Antalya (at least the old Australians helped us know how to pronounce Antalya after they corrected us) on a 9 hour bus trip. Sounded good in theory but at hour 6 with a screaming baby we were really over it and dehydrated. We were too scared to drink any water as there were no toilets on board, we didn't have any coins for the toilet and were worried we would be too long at any break and the bus would leave us ...

We stayed last night outside Antalya near to the airport. It's a district of big monstrosities of hotels each trying to outdo the other in gaudyness. The picture is the view from our hotel room of the next hotel along. It's design is that of the Chrysler building in New York, which has a beautiful elegant tower, but they couldn't just copy it. This hotel has four of ...
