    ... so we've had a full day here. At the airport we had to declare any food and the fact that we'd been in soily areas and near freshwater lakes in NZ. This meant we weren't waved straight through but had to throw away our cheese and fruit and then stand on a red line while a sniffer dog in a biosecurity vest checked us and our bags out.     ... we met everyone we were scheduled to meet, plus we added in a couple of farm visits in addition to those planned.     If you start every sentence with "yea I..." You are most likely an annoying person without even knowing it. It is human nature to want to talk about oneself. But recently I have caught myself, forming a habit of waiting for my turn to speak. Then starting the sentence with "yea, I" BLAH BLAH BLAH... Stop acting like someone cares about your experience. Just ask them more questions about theirs. You want to talk about yourself, write a ******* book.

    ... went relatively quickly and I think I managed to get a little bit of sleep.
