... was wonderful. It is such a lovely river (when not in flood I hasten to add) and the weather was perfect and the song that begins - 'It's such a lovely day and I want to spend it with you' just kept popping into my head and reading Bryan's reflections at the end of the day was just amazing so I'll say no more, just share it with you.

... big signs in the window, indicating that mooring up against them was not an option. Alan and Judy moored against a boat which was unoccupied when they arrived and we moored against a boat on which the young man on board said of course we could breast up and he gave us help mooring. ... is our last day to book things really because I am on holiday for a week beginning Wednesday and Chloe goes for a week after that, meaning when she gets back we have 3 days 'til our Europe adventure begins!

I am still undecided between a backpack or a suitcase, but I have both so I am going to pack both and see which seems easier. I also need a camera ASAP.

Boring post, I am going to sit in the sun instead. More hostel-booking this evening.
