Our first stop on the road to South America was an overnight in Dallas, Texas on Spencer's B-day. So, I scouted out a famous BBQ place that was close to the airport and our hotel - Hard Eight Texas BBQ was it! We ordered a tray of meat - seriously. ... here again. We settle in for the evening and find, to our delight, that we have HOT water. Wow - I love things that fix themselves! Later that evening, I am reading emails and read a post from one of John's inquiries saying that some late model RVs have a system that heats the hot water as you travel so it is not interrupted every time you are on the road. MAKES SENSE. BAH! HUMBUG!
