... most blighted in the country – think Newark and Camden. Trenton overall is not too many rungs above those, but it does have a small but busy downtown centered on the state government complex.

The state capitol building is somewhat representative of a state that doesn’t have a very strong identity of its own. Over the years there have been numerous additions made to the original colonial style capitol building so that it overall is ...

... visiting at least Venice and a few lesser known areas of Italy. I'm trying to avoid the touristy areas, the prices are to high and it's easy to get robbed. Maybe Munich too depending if I can learn enough German to be able to find the train station.

I don't leave until January 15th so expect at least weekly blog posts than. I think the whole idea of a blog is easier, ...

... hot fudge sundae we carried on along the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, but just as we got to the Free Library the heavens opened so we had to run for cover into this amazing looking building. While waiting for the rain to stop we had a wander round inside. Once the rain eased, we carried on past the Cathedral of St Peter and St Paul down to the Philadelphia Museum of Art where Rocky was filmed running up the steps. First we got a photo of the Rocky statue, then we walked (we ...
