Had a two stop flight from Fort Myers to Quebec. Made it two thirds of the way then Betty lost her balance and fell on a moving walkway and tore her left hamstring. Needless to say we had to spend the night in the emergency room in Montreal where no one spoke English as a first language and none of the signage was in English. ... of the day was the traffic trying to get off the island. Is it always like this? What a nightmare. I don't know how the locals can stand it. We took some side roads but it still took forever to get to the Causeway. Stopped for a few more provisions. Ft. Myers must have the largest Target I have ever seen. We loved our stay with Russ and Corinne, and will continue to keep in touch with them throughout our journey. Once again, we are so thankful for the generosity of people that we have never met before. We hope one day we can have them as guests and show them around our new city!
