... This section of the autobahn was formerly part of the DDR or East Germany. But I am getting a head of myself.
Driving up the autobahn I stopped for diesel (remember this is a diesel car) and put 32 liters of fuel at 49 euros. In the big picture that wasn’t too bad. The car was on a quarter of a tank. Just around the corner was St Jacobs church. Paid a quick visit and strolled down some of the quiet streets. Ended up walking the wall around most of the city. Such a great view. Climbed the tower by the entrance to the city and stopped for lunch and to take a break. ...
