... our hosts. Oops, walking overload. We went to Cai Shi Ji, which is the burial place of the celebrated poet, Li Bai, who was a ridiculous drunkard. There was a lovely statue of Li Bai with the caption "Li Bai Drunk off of Wine," and apparently that's how he spent most of his time. He wrote all his best poetry under the influence. ... the hotel to meet our hosts, who took us to the MOST AMAZING breakfast I can think of. Ah, it was such a perfect morning and afternoon... we learned a lot of Chinese from our conversations, and somehow I actually felt like I understood what was going on and the mandarin wasn't all going in one ear and out the other.

Tour of Suzhou. Known as the 'Garden City' and yet another 'Venice of the East'. Note to self, how many Venice of the Easts have we been to now? Visited the Master of the Nets Garden.
