    ... their yummy salads. And of course they had no salads, no wraps, nothing at all remotely healthy and the chicken and fish sandwiches we bought were downright awful. What I wouldn't give for a salad bar about now.

    ... tomorrow. Brian and Maureen live in a tiny place (about 300 sq ft) with a beautiful garden and a wonderful view of the Wharfe Valley. It was quite a feat to have all 11 of us over at the sane time! We were able to use Brian's computer to Skype with Hannah, Ansel and Gavin, so Barbara could meet her newest great-grandchild.

    It was a wonderful day with a wonderful family.

    ... s later known as Robin Hood. His exploits and deeds are recorded in Court records and such a person was given a pardon by King Richard 1. The township of Edwinstow, just a few k’s south of the Forest, is a lovely township too. In the Forest, we did get to see some of the majestic oak trees that are reputed to live over 1000 years, and one, the Major Oak, reputed to be one that was the meeting place for Robin & co.
