From there I checked into the Hilton Columbus at Easton - lovely place, after my last experience with hotels I have decided it is luxury all the way for me! Once settled in I wandered off to the Easton Shopping Centre. It was there I indulged in a movie at the AMC dine in theatres and watched Get On Up which is about James Brown. I awoke to silence at 6:30, which is noteworthy at Oshkosh, because by that time, the air is normally filled with the sound of engines as pilots go out for a dawn flight.

As I emerged from the tent, I saw that everything was wet and the sky filled with fog, except for in the Far East, as the sun slowly burned through. Over the course of the morning, the sky cleared and allowed us to dry out.
