    Best of all was the Biblical Garden, to the rear of the Cathedral.It was established in 1973. I loved this little garden; it was just delightful. All the plants can be found named in the Bible – tamarisk, rose, cedar of Lebanon, juniper, laurel etc. It was so pretty. A couple of jewel-coloured peacocks were wandering outside the garden, calling out 'help' every so often, in their penetrating cries. I really enjoyed visiting this ...

Whilst their was very little hope of survival at home New York would not have been the place of comfort they might have hoped for.     ... Venezuela disappeared, and we had to choose another destination. We finally settled on the Ecuador Islands, located in Galapagos. We were notified of our errors. Finally, we set off on our mission to Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands. It was fun. Thank you Roberto.

    ... of the ferry but it did mean we missed some photo opportunities on the way over. She is a beauty, we arrived and felt the cold air rip through us out on Liberty Island as we had no protection from it.     We've had a pretty hectic first few days in NY, starting off with a hop on/hop off bus tour to help us get our bearings and to work out where the main sites were that we'd want to return to for a better look later. Michael was able to get another of his bucket list items out of the way on our first night here - Chinese food out of a box, as seen in all american movies and TV shows.
