    We are only 240 k's from home. Stopped to see Prue & John and invited to stay for a couple of days, who could resist the queen sized bed and a fabulous view over Town Beach? See pics!

    We evan had dinner cooked for us last night, Lona is reciprecating tonight. Prue and I had too much red wine and slept soundly, well Lona suggested this morning that while I slept soundly it was not soundlessly, apparently I snore, didn't hear a thing!! ...

    ... losing a shoe in the process and dropped to the grass. The instantaneous pain had subsided somewhat but the cut was deep and blood begun to flow mercilessly from my hand. “******* hell” was naturally the first thought that ran through my mind.     Crescent head is a known as the surfing mecca of this part of the coast and even has a web cam posting daily updates surfing conditions on the net.
    The front car park is a prime spot to be for the would be surfers to hang out.

    Today the sun is shining, beautiful blue sky!

    So I put my walking shoes on, take my bottle of water, a map and there I go! It is a little past 10 am, the air is still not too hot, and I can give it a good pace.

    Another sunny day today. Posted a card off to Dad as we left the park. Paid a visit to the public dump point in Coffs Harbour - why these aren't in every caravan park intrigues me.
