Time difference got the better of us though and we are up at 7:00am this morning (12:00pm midday to you) ready to go. I'm sure we will adjust as time goes on (probably on the train to Chicago thinking about it).

... they were a little pretentious with their hipster whiskey, but these guys know what they are talking about! I was so surprised that it was so good. We tasted the chocolate whiskey last. To make this they used left over husks from the cacao beans used by Mast Brothers, a Brooklyn craft chocolate maker that just happened to be my next stop, and infused their moonshine with it. This one was my favorite. It wasn't sweet but you could still taste the dark chocolate. It was ...
