Time difference got the better of us though and we are up at 7:00am this morning (12:00pm midday to you) ready to go. I'm sure we will adjust as time goes on (probably on the train to Chicago thinking about it).

... they were a little pretentious with their hipster whiskey, but these guys know what they are talking about! I was so surprised that it was so good. We tasted the chocolate whiskey last. To make this they used left over husks from the cacao beans used by Mast Brothers, a Brooklyn craft chocolate maker that just happened to be my next stop, and infused their moonshine with it.
