... a second. Why is it that every photo for an official document turns out botched? Seriously. I always end up looking like I don't know what's going on. And the people that take the pictures don't bother telling you that, they just PRINT IT and USE IT. And you're STUCK WITH IT FOR TEN YEARS.

Now, back to the matter at hand. I WAS ACCEPTED TODAY. Since then, instead of doing my homework I have been side tracked! I made the mistake of Googling "What to pack for Africa" and it all rolled from there (to here, where I decided I wanted to maintain a blog about my trip...therefore I am still not doing ...

... later! Up next: pack up my room. I tend to procrastinate a little as some of you know so here I am, knee deep in boxes in my room and only one of them is full. You know how it goes when you clean your room: 5%25 of your time you're cleaning your room, 95%25 of your time you're playing with the little doohickeys that you find in the process, haha. Anyways, I know what I'll be doing on my days off!! Keep your fingers crossed that my visa comes this week! ...
Update-So much to do in so little time!
... little delay we finally have the required documents and she has sent them to me, so hopefully I will get them by end of next week at the latest! Then I plan to visit the French embassy on the 10th of October to apply for my visa! If all goes well I should have my visa by the 20th of October and then I can be on my way! So everyone send me good/visa approving vibes on that day! :) Again, if y'all have any questions or comments you're more than welcome to email or call me! :) ...
