10. Driving - Crazy auto rickshaw drivers somehow avoid accidents yet swerve uncontrollably through traffic.
11. Taxes - drink tax, service tax, alcohol tax, normal vat which all vary from place to place.

We arrived late at night into Kathmandu and went to the hotel which was filled with peace, quiet and air conditioning - and that filled us with a sense of relief after a brilliant but draining three weeks on the road. Well we made the 1.30pm flight to Mumbai and finally got to our hotel about 5hrs late.
