    ... chilli sauce, tomato, cucumber, red onion and beetroot. After toasting they cut it into bite sized pieces, sprinkle over a thin potato chip type thing and grate some cheese over the top.     Our short stint in Mumbai was a very pleasant one and a stay that we didn't think we would enjoy as much as we did. One for the first things to catch our eye was that as we came into land all that could be seen for miles in every direction were the tin roofs of the slums. Although we knew there were large areas of slums in Mumbai we hadn't (and I don't think you can) appreciated just quite how vast they were. We thought Delhi was hectic, we were wrong.
