... tip, which I found it breathtaking with the freshness of cold air, makes you so wide-awake wanting to see more, explore more. I found this in Sarangkot, Pokhara.
We stayed in Bedrock Hotel in Pokhara. A cozy bungalow convert to hotel, rooms are spacious with balconies, very comfortable to stay and the view of Sarangkot on the right hand side makes it more magical. We visited the Davies Falls. The Falls were name after Mr.Davies. It came with a tragic story; the couple ...

Puis vais dans ma chambre fumer et regarder mon oncle charly, puis vais manger a la Dolce Vitta, du pain a l'ail excellent et une pizza aussi bonne qu'a Rome... A s'en taper le cul par terre...

And with more than 25,000 feet of altitude change in 140 miles, Nepal's white water rafting is wonderful. Day trips and whitewater overnights are readily available, and longer rafting expeditions can be arranged.

Hello Everyone,
Well since we completed all the treks and climbs that we had hoped to do in a much faster time than we assumed, we have a little extra time. So tomorrow we are off to Lhasa, Tibet. Neither of us have been anywhere in China with I guess the exception of Hong Kong, so we are looking forward to seeing more of the Tibetan ...

... we still had 2 more temples to visit. So we ended up getting back to Delhi at 2.30am.
Anyway, so now we're in Nepal which is incredibly touristy, but actually a nice change. Nepalese bands singing Nirvana, Bob Marley and Pearl Jam. It reminds me a lot of Bali - minus the nobhead aussies.
Lots of fake stuff to be bought too with everywhere selling fake ...
... with a nice warm blanket on the bed. However, I did have to share the toilet (non western style) and the shower (cold). As far as I was concerned it was all part of the experience and I felt quite safe with Krishna looking out for me. He even came to check all the windows were locked and that I could lock my door.
Dinner was freshly cooked and really nice. I just decided to have fried rice with vegetables, but Krishna had the Daal bhaat which looked really nice ...
The cultural differences are noticeable here. I'm not sure if I've mentioned this before, but men are very touchy. They hold hands with one another but it is in no way sexual, yet any public display of affection between a man and woman is considered disgusting and grossly inappropriate.
Nepalese are also very forthcoming and blunt but not in a rude way. They just say what they think with no underlying meanness or insult, which makes for some funny comments, which foreigners ...
... quality home videos made in the cinema so it wasn't uncommon to see someone stand up from the row in front of the cameraman and coughing frequently formed part of the soundtrack. In one film, the cameraman's finger slipped down over the lens for an hour and we had to watch James Bond perform his world-saving feats with a giant pink digit hovering over him all the while.
There are bookshops aplenty in Pokhara as well as all sorts of carpet shops and other ...
