George Town has much history asosiated with the Visit of Govenor Lauchlan Macquarie who made it his government headquarters( source: Wikipedia).       ... for local attendance (not viewing audience) and was voted as the best American sporting event for 2012. This was the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Austin Texas. It’s a grand statement, and a nod towards the fact that Americans whom love their motorsport, but don’t really follow the Formula One, that they honoured this event with this title. So I said to Jock, I’m planning to go the Formula One in Austin Texas… why don’t you come too?

A bit of an easy afternoon then we headed out for an early birthday dinner for yours truly, and then onto a classical music concert (as you do in Vienna, home of classical waltzes).       ... and Paris it had been around 24degrees but now we are getting up to 32. Dinner is in our hotel tonight, as is breakfast tomorrow morning.       ... we have got some good shots of the Opera House and the city too.

      We turned slightly and could see Bangaroo and passed over the Bridge and headed north east.
