    ... down, still painful, it does the thighs. Anyway an ice cream at the bottom soon revived us. Not much wildlife in the forest but did see a Superb Lyre Bird while we were eating the ice creams . We then drove on to Kiama Bay where we went to the food market.     ... sidewalks. I am starting to learn the bus and train system, not too bad. We took a trip to a pub today with an amazing view, I got a little simple salad for $22. But, its just really not fair to anyone that I'm here while you're all freezing. However, I am actually for the first time in my life very homesick so anyone who wants to talk to me, its not like oh she's busy i feel bad, NO i miss everyone so much!

    ... the Pacific Coast. The Royal National Forest was beautiful. The first part reminded me of driving through Florida because the brush on either side of the highway was so thick and tall that you couldn't see elsewhere. Eventually we started heading downhill through curvy turns, which felt very similar to driving through the north Georgia mountains. After about 45 minutes or so we saw sign for Waterfall.
