... to go back into semi-retirement until next season when we visit the two remaining stadiums: Next up will be Comerica Park, home of the Detroit Tigers and the last will be Target Field, home of the Minnesota Twins...This years All Star game will be played here...We have 28 parks/stadiums visited to date...
Thank goodness for GPS's with our return trip from downtown Denver to the southern part of the city, 10 miles away..

After a fabulous breakfast and sleeping in slightly, we headed back to Colorado Springs. First stop was the Air Force Academy to take a tour of the grounds. Even the grandson was impressed by the chapel and the square with all the planes from throughout the history of the Air Force. We did stop at the Visitor center and learned more about the Academy.
