... day, January 10, I went to downtown Denver on my own and visited the highlights. Unfortunately the Capitol was under construction, so there was nothing to see... story of my life... I visited 16th Street, a nice shopping street, where I had lunch at the Paramount Cafe.

The Chicago Bulls vs Denver Nuggets at the Pepsi Centre. We can't wait, it'll be awesome! The game was everything we'd hoped for and more! ... As predicted, the noise in the cabin was still louder than jet aircraft, thank goodness for noise cancelling headphones. Leah saves my life basically - Pretty Awesome!!

We drove back to civilization and stopped in a really cool little town off of I-70 that was although a few people were walking around felt completely abandoned. As we walked by houses and businesses, we did n0t even see anyone peer out of the windows….Only dogs would bark as we passed!
