... Factory in Mauston made a mistake having samples out when we walked through the door! After reining in Bruce, I mean the kids, we watched the video on how they make their cheese. Being the weekend we couldn't see the factory up and running. The cheese was delicious and we left with our arms full! I think I may have also heard the lady working there breathe a sigh of relief as we walked out the door!
