... that all the time. Hehe ... I have no idea how she manages to travel alone. But she has, quite successfully. She is charming and intelligent young woman, just absent minded. I have over time begun to actually like that side of hers. Urgh .. So, she decided that she wanted to go the gym and wanted me to join. My last night of the trip was not going to be spent in a gym, so I told her that she should go ahead and meet me later in the lounge. Another reason was that I ...

Hoping to just look around we had ...

... a happy dance when we talked about farmers markets and all the outdoor activities available in Northern California.

Session itself was fine, panelists were good, if not quite as dynamic as the others on this trip. Grabbed a taxi back to the hotel, and ,momentarily thought I was being taken for a ride but, all was well. The layout of roads in Jakarta does not make any sense. You have to drive miles in the opposite direction of your location before you can turn on to ...

I often find myself on self-guided food tours, mall crawls or just generally hanging about relaxing at home when I am in Jakarta. Not that these are bad things but this trip I wanted to break up the norm a little bit and try to see some of the historical touristy sites that are about the city. Today was the day I would venture out by myself for the first time and explore. After the usual morning routine I grabbed my phone and set about researching the sites around the city and to ...
