We packed a picnic and took the cable car from Alleghe to Col dei Baldi via Balta Scouattolo. Once we arrived, we hiked 1.5hrs up to the Lago di Coldai. Stunning! We moved re van down to Alleghe, cooked up dinner and watched the rest of our movie under our new ...

We swapped books (very handy to have English books!) and they even let us copy some movies from their hard drive. So kind. Another bitterly cold night. Forecast is 3deg in Corvara and we're a little higher than that, so it's going to be ...

... days isn't great so we wanted to make the most of the sunshine! We rode a 50km loop (1600m of climbing) over 4 passes - the Gardina, Sella, Pordoi and Campolongo. It was fun! Unplanned but very enjoyable :) We found somewhere to park for the night, cooked up some dinner and enjoyed the view over Corvara and the ...
