Made it to Winnemucca
... made it, but it took 12 hours! Somewhere around Lovelock, I decided I’d had enough of this keep-my-eyes-open silliness, so I happened upon a rest area, pulled off, and promptly fell asleep on the couch. A half-hour later, I was refreshed, and we pushed on to Winnemucca.
We stayed at the Winnemucca RV Park, which we’ve stayed at several times before. Nice place.
Our intention was to make it to Salt Lake City tomorrow (Saturday). Best laid plans….
