Our room is on the 4th floor and we have an uninterrupted view of the runway at San Diego airport and the harbour that surrounds it. It's amazing! I will put up some pictures when I can. ... refer to rule no 3), was how mountainous it was. It could never have been so beautiful without the ups and downs but having already walked 50kms, and wearing uncushioned flats rather than sneakers, I was a little unprepared. I can't believe how well my kids did today. They got tired but there was barely any complaining - I wonder if that had anything to do with the icecreams we kept bribing them with!
