    From Waterford to Utica, we rode along the Erie Canal trail. A very nice path, which was quite flat for a change, that took us through forests and wooded areas. On our fourth day, we cycled around 90km. We spent our first night inside, at Michael's place, a very kind guy who owns a diner in Fultonville, NY.
