I finally started my trip today. Heather was nice enough to come pick me up at 7:30 in the morning. I managed to pack 6 weeks in one suitcase (which weighed in at just over the limit, but fortunately they let it slide...) and one carry-on shoulder bag. Just alot of pubs and restaurants, offices and hotel and occasionally one and another store. I found however a cool music gadget store where I bought a tee. :) I was however surprised to see a cat sleeping on the floor in the store! It must have been the owner's but he/she didn't move even when I walked ...

... thoughts, as she told me to get on the wrong bus completely, sending me around town for forty minutes to 45th Street when I was aiming for 6th. Fortunately the bus driver was more helpful and pointed me in the direction of a connecting bus stop ‘in the mall,’ but that just confused me further as I ended up walking under the retail park’s canopies in search of a bus stop, only to find myself back in the same place ten minutes later; ...
