  • Plan regular time apart from one another ("alone time"): parents apart from the kids, and each adult/kid apart from the other.
  • Keep each piece of luggage to 50lbs or less. When we fly, we can put extra items in a foldable duffle bag. It's cheaper (if not free) to have an extra checked bag than it is to have a bag over 50lbs. When we arrive at our ...

Had a quick lunch at the Four Seasons then dressed a room at the W Hotel with some photo's to jazz it up for a party that evening, looked really good.

Just a short drive tomorrow to San Antonio! Can't wait to see the Riverwalk and the Alamo.

I worked up an appetite from playing so we went on a hunt for some good pizza. We chose ...

... that our hotel pool was calling. I enjoyed my afternoon swim and was well and truly exhausted by bedtime.

Our final day in Austin dawned nice and hot, with the temperature set to reach 104'F (40'C). This is good training for the next portion of my holiday in Mexico. Lisa decided to take me on a tour of the Austin University campus. It was HUGE and I enjoyed my morning nap soaking up all of the knowledge around me.

There was one final thing that ...
