A travel blog entry by max-n-macgowest on Apr 16, 2013

It was about 7 when we went to the famous Stubbs BBQ restaurant and had all you can eat BBQ. It was so much that we didn't need to eat the next day. Of course we wanted to experience the nightlife of Austin so we changed clothe and went to a club called swan dive. A guy earlier told us we should ...

Mark- our server- went out of his ...

Several Iowa friends from Portland came and met us there for that leg of the trip. Trent made his fourth appearance on the college football tour, ...

A travel blog entry by msgeisha on Aug 14, 2011

... one day and had lunch and spent some time on Guadalupe Street. Joseph and I took them to Mellow Mushroom, which they had never been to before, and we had some beers and good pizza. It was a total fun time! Joseph and I went to the Texas Tower one day on our own to do the tour because I was really interested in the history of the tower. There was still evidence from the crazy Marine that killed some people from the top of the tower back in the ...

    ... heehee!)

We also have one more planning meeting with our team. We've had a few chances to interact with the 12 others that we will be traveling with to Botswana including a picnic and a group car wash. Each of our team members is so sweet and I really think we'll travel well together. In our little group we have a nurse, a hair dresser, a couple ...
