... gasping and surprisingly tasty plane food - I eventually landed in Lima. My bags took forever to arrive. I had begun planning how long I could get away with wearing the same clothes when I sighted the most wonderful sight. My bags limped out from behind the flappy grey shutters and rolled toward me. ... All of the VISTAs were splitting up into different activities. Some wanted to go see the Braves game. Others the music festival. We decided to go salsa dancing! It was a blast. ... older American art, don't really interest me, I enjoyed the museum.

I went back to my friend's house and we went to dinner at Bacchanalia. The woman who sat next to me when I ate at Momofuku Ko on my last trip was a big fan of Bacchanalia, which is why I decided to give it a try. Quinones at Bacchanalia is on The Daily Meals list of the 101 Best Restaurants in America but, unfortunately, ...

It only took 2 1/2 years, but it finally happened. I finally had the night I've needed to sell me on Atlanta. Sure I've had some great times here, but last night finally made me feel like I live in a city unique among all the other greats.

It started at Haven. Initially we were set to eat at Two Urban Licks with a group, but plans changed and Rufio and I were on our own. We decided to try out a local bistro, much to our enjoyment. Our server, Kelly, stopped in the ...
