I left the hotel early and caught the shuttle bus to the Martin Luther King Jnr Historic site. It included the Ebeneza Baptist Church that his father and he were ministers. We had missed our connecting flight to Rome, but found some great things to do in Atlanta.

After renting a car we drove to our shady motel and enjoyed some of the local fast food. Saturday night found us driving around down town Atlanta. On Sunday we visited the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Historical site before catching our flight to Rome.
