    ... beach area... And a Biscayne Bay tour around the islands of the rich and famous... Miami is huge..I don't think I was expecting it to be so big, it is the third biggest America in terms of city scape, New York, Chicago and Miami... Weather is nice... Warmer than expected but I will survive,.,a balmy 32 degrees today... Sunscreen applied... Ken is loving the warmth... Having fun... ...

    ... at a beach side bar watching American football games and dancing a little merengue with Jess during half time. As is usually the case, we were the only ones up and moving to the beat... story of my life :)

    Still, I'd catch myself staring out into the ocean thinking, "We are so damn close to Haiti and here we are with margaritas and tvs and all the fried food one could imagine..."

    As comfortable as I feel, its been a challenge to relax ...

    ... the fence in time, and I have that --- but no one enjoyed this more than BeBe, who remains in uncontrollable hysteria!

    While in Colorado we drove a distance out of town from Boulder and chose the highest mountain we could find to go Big Horn Sheep hunting---at least that is what we declared it.

    ... the pool for another few hours. A hard morning really!!

    The kids loved the pools and we enjoyed looking at palm trees rather than tourist attractions for a change. A nice change in pace!

    We walked from the pool to the pool-side restaurant for lunch, then headed up to our room for a siesta. Nice!

    ... everywhere. The next part is straight down hill over all this
    loose granite stuff. Loooong slide down into the valley. Once in the
    valley you start heading toward another mountain, and I was thinking
    there's no way we gotta go up that now, but did. Climbed and climbed up
    untill out onto open rock and then up and up towards the summit. Parts
    of it were pretty tough cause you had to climb up through these rock
    faces cracks with snow and ice. Hard to ...
