... the beautiful day and the scenic Tennessee River. We saw wild turkeys, deer, blue herons & turtles along the river banks. The main course on the buffet okay; the turtle cheesecake, however, was delectable! But we weren't there for the food. We were there for the scenery! And we were not disappointed. It was however the most climbing we've ever done in one day as well... 4750 ft. Riding ridgelines and taking hairpin downhill turns for miles.... couldn't have asked for better riding. Merick was a big time touring enthusiast and was jealous that he couldn't join us. His shopped opened in town just 7 weeks prior. He gave ...
