    ... coded their cheese labels so that it would be very easy to see what was made from cow's milk, sheep's milk, goat's milk and what was made of a combination of all three. Talk about variety! We enjoyed our visit here very much and the person working the store was very friendly and informative. By the time we left, she was 10 minutes from closing and she had a store full of customers.     ... the day was the Chicago Architecture Society down on South Michigan Ave to get tickets for a walking tour in the afternoon. Afterwards we grabbed brunch at a Potbelly Sandwich store and walked up to North Michigan to H&M to get some pants for Ash. Lauren was not even temped to shop!     ... they are not our biscuits. People had described them as a bready thing, but struggled to find an equivalent word. I can proudly announce the answer now, they are wholewheat scones, done in a savoury way. I got out in Reno and was relieved to stretch my legs and have a proper room and shower, but I think 2 days is just about ok.     Great day in Chicago. Took the opportunity of travelling to the 94 floor of the John Hancock Centre.
