Last November, Matt and I bought year passes to Universal Stuios/Islands of Adventure. Since then (though not always documented on this blog!, Matt and I have vacationed there 10 or so times.

Once through the gates, as per our driver's advice, I headed straight to the Kennedy Space Centre bus tour which takes you to the area where the VIP's and dignitaries watch launches from. You also get to see the vehicle assembly building, the Apollo/Saturn V Centre, the Launch Control Centre and view the Crawler transporter which carried the space shuttles to the launch pad. ... cats - they were stray but looked to be very well looked after, it turned out there were 9 black cats in this little family and then two Tabby's joined in, so we shared a little chicken and meat patties with them and the 11 of them guts it up no worries, we got some photos but they were a little too timid to be approached, but it was quite an amazing site to see 9 black cats sitting around our RV with us having dinner, the kids were thrilled.
