    This is a new overnight for me also. Mesa didn't go to Greenville, NC. This wasn't a real long overnight. We got to Greenville about 11:30 and scheduled to leave the next day about noon.

    We left Melbourne at 6:00 am and headed north. It turned out to be a perfect travel day. The weather radar would suggest otherwise though....but our journey proved it wrong. 1-95....the road traveled most today was spotted with drizzle as storm clouds loomed around us. In these small towns and cities where our nation was founded, burial sites were a big deal...why else would there be a cemetery on every corner. So when did these burial sites lose their importance, so much so that parking lots now sit where families laid their loved ones to rest?

    ... for Christmas. I know my mom and dad are sad I won't be here yet happy for Johnnie and me. Our plane leaves this afternoon and all is ready. I am awaiting Johnnie to return from work and my limousine. (It is really my mom and dad's truck but limousine sounded much more sophisticated.) We will soon be off to the airport for the next 2 days of flying. I know, we won't arrive in Cairns until December 21st! The time change is really going to mess with us. ...
