Back on the road today! We were set to do 60 miles which is now starting to feel like a normal day. My legs aren't half a sore as I thought and my bum has definitely broken into the saddle some more! The road was generally flat as it snaked beside Lake Erie, with some really nice views along the way. Contrary to popular (or at least, my) belief, North East is an actual town name, not just a vague directional point in Pennsylvania. This town is exactly 408 miles away from Dalton, MA and I don't think it’s over exaggerating at all when I say that all of us who drove it felt every single mile by the time we dragged ourselves onto the lot.
