We drove on and the GPS took us on a lovely road down to a ferry that the ferryman didn’t want to take us in case we got hung up so back and around to our campsite and ended up, you guessed it –on the other side of the ferry. Really nice campsite.

I survived snoozed in short spurts and felt totally worn out and in zombie land by time plane landed in Charlotte. That was a 9 1/2 hour flight.

As I was getting on the airplane at Dayton, I really was not thinking anything special about the trip to get overseas besides it was going to be LONG. I had my mind on getting to Israel and then beginning the journey and experiences when I got there, not on my way there.
