    We got up at 2:30 in the morning to start our EPIC road trip of a lifetime! Then we hit the road at 3:15 and it was smooth sailing to Chicago. Annalena had no problem sleeping for the majority of the drive, and the rest of the time she was happy and excited to be in the car. It was a great start to our trip.

    ... a thick layer of cement like sandy mud. I feel like a California resident who has experienced a mud slide. The collapsed street has been temporarily repaired but both my insurance company and the water department are claiming, "It ain't my problem." SIGH, welcome home.

    ... accessorizing but that's beside the point) . Not to mention the fact that all this will be purchased at the Shanghai Ikea, which, hello, who wouldn't be excited about??
