... ride line. It took us so long to snake our way through the crowds only to find the ride had closed for the day. We were all disappointed but there was nothing more we could do. We snaked our way back to the entrance and headed home. What a day. A long day but a really great one. We started the day questioning our decision to buy a two day pass, instead of one, but I think Tom and I were happy we did (Samuel was indifferent but I'm pretty sure Adalia was thrilled ...

... and I hopped on our elephant, sat on a drenched seat and 'enjoyed' the ride. She cried a lot of it because it really wasn't pleasant. We hopped off and I reminded everyone that we were having fun. Next to Dumbo was a little roller coaster called The Barnstormer. ... When I got through a soothing, vaguely northern automatic voice asked me to read out the long number on the front of the card. I did this as slowly and clearly as I could but the voice said "I'm sorry, I didn't get that. Let's try something else." Oh yes, I thought, lets. How about putting me through to a bleeding human being?
