Today is Saturday, in which typically Pete and I try to sleep in. With Sasha around we are up at 7:30am, but today we slept until 8:30am; a bit too excited for the "Back to the Future" symphony experience happening later this afternoon. We skipped breakfast in order to meet up with Colleen and gang at noon at the South Kensington Underground Station. Tube traffic was quite light so we arrived an hour early. We thought this would be the perfect time to see Colleen's top ...

It went for over 2 and a half hours so we were definitely tired by the time we got back to the hotel. We had enjoyed a very memorable day exploring ...

... track. Plus on top of that, I don't have a great sense of direction. Every time I leave WalMart I walk to a car that isn't mine, mine is usually four rows away... Anyways the idea of figuring out how to get around a huge city in Europe without Google maps on my iPhone to save me is kind of scary. We stood in front of the map on the wall, found King's Cross with our fingers and traced where we needed to go... Westminster... Perfect!.. "follow the yellow ...

London Calling

... m sure that’s true. But, it was definitely incentive to learn to ride the train!

The first bar they took me to was called Hung, Drawn and Quartered. Located near the Tower of London, Charlie told me that this is where the Brits would bring prisoners to get them drunk before hanging them. This way, they would not make as much noise and not move around. He also said that once they left, they’d load them onto the wagon ...
