... artwork has to be seen to be believed. It has been rebuilt 4 times in one way or form and was damaged during the bombing raids of WWII . The central dome is actually 3 domes inside itself. It was designed this way so it can impress the viewer from any point internally or externally. The intricacy and design puts anything built today to shame. ... Bubble tea is a sweetened milk tea which has large tapioca-like 'bubbles' in it which I used to get every day while I lived in Suzhou, China. Sadly I could not find any place that serves it open. I did purchase some delicious Chinese sweetened red bean paste pastries (like I make at home only better here), and went along my way.

... We had stumbled up right at the time of the changing of guards! We joined the masses and watched this traditional procedure play out. It's very over the top, but was really cool to watch. I found it hilarious when we heard that one of the songs the band plays during the changing is the tune to family guy!
