We stopped at a KOA so that we could get showers and laundry done in the morning. Most of the nicest parks in the Northeast are KOA's, so I renew my KOA membership every year. We also love the KOA in Santa Cruz, which is not far from my sister's house. The park in Santa Cruz was featured on Undercover Boss last year, and we watched the show and recognized it.
Forgot to mention that Jean attended Woodstock in 1969. She said it was the "greatest", except when you had to go to the bathroom. The lines were long, very long. You had to plan well ahead!! Mike said it's like painting a bridge, when you're done you have to start all over again.
