... as a travel alert had been issued for Bahrain. He insisted it was media hype and he was right. I feel very safe. Theres a particular road with graffiti along the length of it. Most of it has been spray painted over. Apparently the locals march/protest and this is the remnants of their handiwork. To top it all off, I've been sick all week...again. Two straight days of not being able to keep any food down was rough. Plus fever, cough...all that good stuff. The school does allow us to take sick days (though to get paid for the sick day we have to go to the hospital for a doctor's note. which can be difficult when you don't have a way to the hospital!), but unfortunately, if we take a sick day we lose our end of year ...
