    Today was nothing that exciting other than spending the day working on more prep for my interview. I did take some time to back up some photos and print off some other travel documents that I would need later in my trip.     The mill store was wonderful-full of different types of flour and dried goods such as beans, fruit, baking supplies and pastas. Huge gluten free section too.
